Why can't I see my synced bookmarks in Google Docs and/or Google Chrome?
Transmute syncs with Google Bookmarks not Google Docs (which is what Chrome syncs with). Google Docs support is not currently implemented nor planned because the Google Docs API does not provide access to the "Google Chrome" folder. If you want Google Docs support then contact Google and petition them to extend the Google Docs API.
What bookmarks are synced with Google Bookmarks?
Transmute for Android syncs the bookmarks stored in the standard Android web browser.
Where can I see the time of the last successful sync?
The about dialog, which can be opened from the application menu in the sync tool, shows the time of the last successful sync.
Will Transmute for Android run constantly in the background and drain my battery?
No, the Transmute sync service actually only runs for a few seconds (can vary due to bookmark collection size, connection speed), started by the Android AlarmManager, when a sync is launched manually or as specified by the "Interval" setting.
